Expression of interest

CATER welcomes expressions of interest from researchers, doctoral researchers, educators, and collaborators whose work aligns with the centre’s agenda. Membership is intended to support active contribution to technology education research through research activity, infrastructure development, collaborative projects, capacity building, and research resources.

Who Can Join

CATER is open to all people whose work connects with technology education research, including researchers, doctoral researchers, teacher educators, practitioners involved in research activity, and partners working across education, curriculum, policy, or research infrastructure.

What Membership Means

Membership is based on alignment with the centre’s purpose and an interest in contributing to its work. Members may become involved in meta-research, infrastructure development, collaborative studies, research training, methodological support, publishing resources, or wider centre activity.

Member Directory

Members may be listed on the CATER members page with their name, institution, country, and profile image. Where provided, profile images may link to a personal, institutional, or professional profile.

Complete the Expression of Interest Form

The form collects basic membership details, areas of interest, methodological strengths, a profile image, and consent preferences. Submitting the form does not automatically add a person to the members page. Expressions of interest will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the centre’s remit.
